Reaching out to everybody on World Mental Health Day.

We all know that regular exercise and a healthy diet is good for physical wellbeing but so often we neglect our mental health. In an increasingly volatile and crazy world we must remember that good mental health is critical to ensure a happy and balanced life.

World Mental Health Day is a reminder to us all to take a minute and think about those who suffer with poor mental health. Support the call to reform the Mental Health Act in the UK and do whatever you can to get the message across to others.
