As standard procedure and in compliance with IND legislation, full checks are carried out on employees, to ensure original documentation complies with IND list categories. All copies of documents are kept on file for future reference.

Staff training and courses

All staff provided by Coverstaff are fully compliant with all industry legislation and are trained in all aspects of catering from conference set up through to silver service.

All our members of staff will complete the Highfield safe food handling course. On successful completion they will be given the following:
